Shipping & Delivery

At UltraClean India Pvt. Ltd., we aim to deliver your purchased cleaning products seamlessly and safely across the country. We have tied up with a reliable delivery partner, Shiprocket, to ensure effective and quick shipping to your doorstep.

1. Shipping Locations

At the moment we deliver to all the major cities and towns in the country however delivery to any distant, remote or non-serviceable area will depend on the availability and might incur additional charges.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We do not offer free shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipping costs will be shared with you once you confirm your final order and checkout for payment.

3. Delivery Time:

  • Order Processing: Usually we require 1-2 business days (post successful payment of your order) to process and dispatch it.
  • Delivery Time: The delivery time for shipping is usually between 3-7 business days based on the location the order is being delivered to.
  • Do note that at times delivery times may change due to availability of courier services, holidays or some unforeseen factors.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is place and handed from our end to our delivery partner, you will receive an SMS update with your tracking information. You can also get an update on delivery of your order using the tracking link provided by Shiprocket.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Failed Deliveries: If due to reasons like incorrect address or unavailable recipient, a delivery attempt goes unsuccessful, Shiprocket will make a second attempt. However, if the package reaches us back, we will contact you further for arranging a re-delivery with additional applicable delivery charges.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: In case your package is misplaced or impaired in transit, please contact us immediately at contactultraclean@gmail.com or +91 89563 99341. We will check the Ouse and aim to provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement.

6. Undeliverable Locations

In very rare occasion, delivery might not be possible to certain locations due to service availability. If such cases if the order fails to be delivered, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
