At UltraClean India Pvt. Ltd., we aim at providing quality and effective home cleaning products at reasonable prices and ensure a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. Unfortunately, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy, provided you adhere to the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or is not correct, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Change of Mind: Please note we do not offer any refund for change-of-mind purchases so kindly review your order carefully before placing
  • Return Request: You are eligible for a refund only if the product is unused, unopened and its original packing is intact, and if it is returned within 7 days of delivery of the order.

2. How to Request a Refund:

  • Contact our support team on email at contactultraclean@gmail.com or call us at +91 89563 99341 within 7 days of delivery of the product.
  • Share your order number, issue with the product, and photos incase the product is incorrect, expired, or damaged.
  • Our team member will take you through the return or refund process and provide all the steps and information on how to return the item.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once we have received the damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will inspect its condition and notify you via email or call regarding the update of your refund. Kindly give us 2/3 days to review and inspect the product.
  • Only if your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
  • The amount will be refunded only for the product as the shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our end (e.g., incorrect or expired product sent).

4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Kindly note that we do not provide any return or refund for the products that have been used and are not in their original condition as delivered.
  • We also do not provide any refund or replacement the products after the 7-day return window.
